About the event

 A  day of mainly outdoor activities, which will take 2-2.5 hours to complete.  All aimed at 4-11 years. A fun informative  buzzy bee quiz and trail around our site with honey tasting back at the centre and a fun activity around Butterfly conservation.  Cool down with some craft making too.

This event is repeated over three dates - Wednesday 31st July, Thursday 1st August and Friday 2nd August.

Terms & Conditions:

  • All participating children must be booked on to participate in the workshops and activities.
  • All children must be supervised by an adult during their day with us.

Price

£8 per child plus booking fee. Supervisory adults free. Activities are for 4 year old's and above - younger siblings may accompany but please note activities are not accessible for those under 4 years.

What to bring

Most activities are outdoors - please dress suitably for the weather (e.g. sun cream, sun hats, or waterproofs). Sturdy, closed toed footwear always best. We suggest long sleeves and trousers when walking through the meadow.

Tea and coffee available for a donation.  Please bring own lunch or snacks
