The Lakeside Room at Nature Discovery Centre, Berks

Nature Discovery Centre

This modern eco-friendly room features double doors which open out on to a private veranda with spectacular views across the lake.

Great for Special occasions: Host that unique, unforgettable celebration in our Lakeside Room. Up to 45 guests can enjoy a private room with stunning views out across the lake.

Great for meetings & conferences: Available in a variety of layouts that can seat up to 40 delegates, our welcoming, bright room offers a private space with a relaxed, inspiring atmosphere.

Capacity: Up to 45 people. Hire the Nature Discovery Centre for extra capacity (up to 100 people, subject to availability. Evening hire is available on request.).

Availability: Monday - Sunday 9am-5pm. Evening hire is available on request.

Facilities: Access to all the open space which the site has to offer, as well as the interactive visitor centre, signposted walks around the lake and adventure playgrounds.

Parking: Ample free parking

Catering: Excellent homemade food prepared on site with menus tailored for you, available on request.

Sutton Courtenay Environmental Education Centre, Oxon

A hidden gem located on the edge of Milton Park. A purpose build environmental education centre with two large rooms located in a beautiful, private nature reserve. 

Great for: Talks, meetings, evening classes and events.

Capacity: Up to 60 people, 35 seated.

Availability & cost: Prices and availability on application.

Facilities: Use of projector (in one room only), flipcharts, kitchenette for refreshments & catering. Use of meadow, ponds, outdoor spaces & picnic areas.

Parking: Free parking, 24 spaces

Catering: Use of Kitchenette. You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks.

Forest School Site, Windsor Great Park

A magical private woodland site in the grounds of Windsor Great Park with fantastic facilities including firepits and plenty of free parking.

Great for: Forest school groups and forest school leader training

Capacity: Up to 40 people.

Availability & cost: Available weekdays from September 2022, except November and December when site is closed. Sessions are usually half day, 10am-12pm or 1pm-3pm, but this is negotiable. Half day sessions cost £60.

Facilities: Firepits, seating areas and onsite toilets. We welcome pre-visits.

Parking: Free parking for up to 30 cars and some space for coaches.

Catering: We have a picnic area and visitors are welcome to bring food and drinks.
