Engage your employees
From individual employee volunteering to wild work team days, find out how BBOWT can engage and motivate your employees - and help nature near you.
Individual Employee Volunteering
At present, BBOWT’s volunteering opportunities are set up for individuals who can make a long-term commitment to undertake regular activities throughout the year. The volunteer groups are self-managing and can usually only accommodate up to 3 new joiners at a time. If this is of interest, click below to find current volunteering opportunities.
Some weekly volunteer teams might be able to accommodate volunteers who visit less frequently than once a week; this information will be given in the role description.

Wildlife Gardening involving business staff on site
BBOWT's Wildlife Trust consultancy, Future Nature, can come to your business premises to help advise you on how to improve your garden beds and landholding as a whole for nature.
Our community ecologists can hold wildlife gardening sessions or all-day events at your grounds to engage your staff in improving your business premises, which is a win for nature and your employees’ overall sense of community and wellbeing.
