Local wildlife is precious
A stunning carpet of bluebells. The soaring song of a skylark. The tiny footprints of a water vole along a muddy riverbank. Wildflower-rich meadows buzzing with insects. The wildlife around us gives us pleasure every day and creates memories that will last a lifetime.
With the simple gesture of leaving a gift in your will, we can make sure nature's special places are even bigger and better for wildlife and people in the future.
How you can help
We have two partnerships that enable our supporters to write their wills for free - without any obligations whatsoever. In each case, we are paying a discretionary rate for a limited number of simple wills to be written. If matters are more complex, you will need to pay for any additional fees.
You can meet a local solicitor, many of whom may offer remote appointments, or write your will online. Please see below for details or contact our Legacy Officer to arrange a discussion in confidence.
All free wills are checked by a qualified solicitor.
Whether you choose to make a free will online or with a solicitor, please note that only simple wills are covered by these services.
If you have a complex estate or a worry due to medication or a dementia-related illness, we would always suggest visiting a solicitor in person.
You could use The National Free Wills Network as indicated above and pay for any additional services, use your own solicitor if you already have one, or find a local solicitor via the Law Society website.
