About the event

This engaging workshop introduces 11-16 year olds to the art of stop motion animation through the lens of nature. We will explore the outdoors to gather inspiration, natural textures and materials before learning the fundamentals of stop motion techniques.

Through hands on activities, we will create short animations using elements of nature with the option to create additional features from modelling materials, pencil and paint.

A basic camera phone/tablet/i-pad will be needed and a free version of Stop Motion Studio app, or similar, uploaded to the device.

Suitable for all levels.

This club is for children only - Adults are on site to drop off, register and then pick up at given timings.

Please aim to arrive 15 mins before the event start time so that we can make a prompt start.
