About the event

Lizzie Every from Freshwater Habitats Trust will give a presentation about the ecology and conservation of wetland plants and their GroWet project. The project encourages local people to save historic wetland and freshwater habitats by learning about wetland plants.

Lizzie will also bring a selection of plants to look at and to pot on, and then lead a pond dipping session.

There will be tea, coffee and biscuits available during a break in the session.
