About the event

Discover one of the top Buckinghamshire sites for chalk grassland flowers, butterflies and other insects in the company of expert local naturalist John Tyler. Grangelands and the adjacent old Rifle Range, with the surrounding wooded slopes of Pulpit Hill, is an ideal place to experience classic Chilterns wildlife. A gentle walk with plenty of stops to look at plants, animals and landscape features. Mostly gentle slopes, but some uneven ground which can get muddy and slippery when wet. Binoculars and hand lenses useful but not essential.
