As a Retail and Information Volunteer you'll be the friendly face of the visitor centre, inspiring people to deepen their connection with wildlife and BBOWT.
Volunteers are needed on any day of the week - especially weekends, and you can volunteer as often as you would like with a minimum commitment of once per month with weekly options available.

MonthlyCollege Lake Visitor Centre Retail and Information Volunteer Role Description
As a Retail and Information Volunteer, you will help visitors discover more about the reserve's unique wildlife and geological history, and signpost them to events, walking trails, and special hides.
You will also help in our retail shop and use the till to process sales, ensuring our information displays are tidy and up to date, answer enquiries, and help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every visitor.
