The People Team are looking for a Volunteer Administrator to support the wider BBOWT team in ensuring volunteers are supported, feel valued and are an integral part of BBOWT culture. This post will be the first point of contact in BBOWT for potential and current volunteers. Within this varied role they will undertake administration needed to effectively advertise volunteering opportunities, ensure data relating to volunteers is maintained accurately on relevant databases and help to maintain excellent communication with both current and potential volunteers.
We’re looking for someone who is approachable, has a proven track record in administration, competent using Microsoft Excel with database experience and ideally has previous experience of working as or with volunteers.

£14,702 - £15,011 (pro rata) per annum dependent on experience (FTE £21,441 - £21,892)
