Volunteer Journey Advisor

BBOWT’s vital work is made possible by a dedicated employee and volunteer team. We recognise our volunteers contribute their time, skills and talents to the effective running of the Trust. As such we’re committed to supporting volunteers to realise their full potential whilst reaping the reward of restoring nature.

The People Team are looking for a Volunteer Journey Advisor to support the wider BBOWT team in ensuring volunteers are supported, feel valued and are an integral part of BBOWT culture. This post will be the first point of contact in BBOWT for potential and current volunteers.  Within this varied role they will undertake administration needed to effectively advertise volunteering opportunities, ensure data relating to volunteers is maintained accurately and promoting awareness of relevant volunteering systems and procedures.

We’re looking for someone who is approachable, has a proven track record in administration, working with policies and procedures and ideally has previous experience of working as or with volunteers.

The Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
