Duty Manager

This role is hands on and every day is different. Tasks will range from dealing with visitor’s queries, health and safety issues and procedures, room bookings, trading operations and banking. You will be very capable of taking decisions on your own, as you will have overall accountability of the centre during your shift.
The successful candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and confident in their abilities to resolve customer issues. You will also be able to work well and communicate with a wide range of people to establish good working relationships, and support and cooperate with others. Confident in your ability to stay calm under pressure.

Fixed term 1 November 2021 – 31 March 2022


Average of 17 hours per weekend worked, at least 1 weekend in every 5 weeks as per rota
