About the event

Discover this ancient chalk grassland site, high on the Chiltern escarpment, with rare plants and butterflies and a notable population of juniper, in the company of volunteer warden Paul Niddler. You will enjoy important archaeological features and stunning views as well as the variety of wildlife. A guided walk at a gentle pace with some steep sections and uneven terrain. Paths may be muddy and slippery when wet. No stiles, but there are several kissing gates. Binoculars will be useful for both the wildlife and outstanding views.
