About the event
Our cities can be as much a haven for wildlife as they are a home for us. This talk will examine the creatures that have made a success of living alongside us. Intelligent opportunists, able to take advantage of the transient habitats that we create. Jon Mason, known on social media as theearlybirder, was born and grew up in London and will draw from years of observing wildlife in our capital and other cities to illustrate this exploration of urban nature.
Please note that we will have a short break in the middle of the talk.
Our trampers/mobility scooter are available and suitable for the route up to the barn but not for the barn itself. They do need to be booked in advance and if you have not used them at our site before a training session is required - please email collegelake@bbowt.org.uk for more information from our visitor centre team
Please be aware:
- Please the Barn is a 10 minute walk from the visitor centre
