About the event

Spring is bursting out all over the reserve and the wildlife has woken up! Come join us for fresh air and wildlife discoveries as we help mother fox find her missing cubs and discover the other baby animals hiding in our woods, ponds and meadows. A fun family trail for Easter with a small chocolate prize at the end (free from alternative available). As well as the trail there will be a craft activity in the classroom, our quiet space with sensory tray available, and LIVE storytelling at 11:30am.

The activity is self-led, arrive anytime that suits you between 10am and 1pm, event finishes at 2pm. Most families take 1-2 hours to complete the activity. (Remember to be here at 11:30am if you would like to hear the storytelling!)

There is lots of outdoor space to play and picnic, bring a packed lunch and make a day of it. Hot drinks and squash available for a small cash donation.

Suitable for families with children aged 4 to 11 years (younger siblings may also attend and do not need a ticket). All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note the centre is accessible by public transport with regular buses (including connection to Didcot Parkway railway station) serving Milton Park, a few minutes walk from the centre.

We are committed to keeping our visitors, staff and volunteers safe. Please DO NOT attend if you or your child are unwell, or testing positive for an infectious illness, such as COVID-19. Your consideration is hugely appreciated.
