The full bill will be published after the next Queen's Speech which is unlikely to be before this autumn. It will then be debated in detail in both the House of Commons and the House of Lords. We will need to keep monitoring its progress and influencing the debate to ensure that any amendments made strengthen the protections for wildlife which the final Act will offer.
