We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive and ensure the smooth running of the Chief Executive's office and supporting her to plan priorities and efficient management of time and focus

Executive Assistant (to the Chief Exec)

You are an expert communicator, on the phone, in all written forms including email and face-to-face. You work well under pressure, are self-motivated and can manage upwards .  

As a frequent first-point of contact in this dynamic organisation, you will play a key role in leading and reflecting the highest quality of standards and professionalism. This involves routine proactive diary and email management, making all necessary arrangements for and maintaining relationships with internal and external meetings and coordinating briefing and research papers and active involvement in project development. We can depend on you to remember the finer details at all times.
