Family Trail: Mad About Minibeast - Sutton Courtenay, Wednesday 6 August
About the event
Summer is a great time for minibeast hunting! Join us for a family trail around the nature reserve exploring the meadows and woodlands and learning some amazing facts about the tiny creatures that live here. When you've completed the trail you can enjoy a live storytelling session, complete a minibeast craft to take home, or enjoy a book and some time playing with the sensory tray in our quiet room.
There is lots of outdoor space to play and picnic, bring a packed lunch and make a day of it. Hot drinks and squash available for a small cash donation.
Suitable for families with children aged 4 to 11 years (younger siblings may also attend and do not need a ticket). All children must be accompanied by an adult. The event runs from 10am-2pm, please book your ticket online (places limited) and arrive at a time that suits you within that window, last entry 1pm.
Please note the centre is accessible by public transport with regular buses (including connection to Didcot Parkway railway station) serving Milton Park, a few minutes walk from the centre. what3words ///unloads.latter.laces
