About the event

'The Lost Words' trail runs from Mon 2nd to Fri 6th Aug and Mon 23rd to Fri 27th Aug. All tickets must be pre-booked online* (Further details below)

The Lost Words are hidden at College Lake! Can you discover them all and complete the activities to rescue them?

Follow the trail around our nature reserve, creating your own magic nature stick as you discover the mysteries of The Lost Words through spells, artwork and - of course - nature!

Activities are suitable for children aged 4 - 11 years with an accompanying adult. The trail will take approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete.

An activity booklet is included - please bring a pencil to complete some of the activities.

*All tickets must be pre-booked online
Please book a ticket for each participating child, you do not need a ticket for the accompanying adult(s) or babies (0-18months), but you will be asked to confirm numbers.

When you book your tickets you will need to book a 30min arrival time slot for the day of your visit. Once onsite you are welcome to stay as long as you like but we kindly ask that you start the trail on arrival to avoid it getting too busy at the various points.

Please note the last pre-booked arrival time slot for the trail is 2.30-3pm and the site closes at 5pm.

Activities are aimed at children aged 4-11 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
