Do something wild every day during June and feel happier, healthier and more connected to nature
Make room for nature this June - no matter where you are or how busy your life, you'll feel the benefits! Make this the month when you do something wild every day – and let us motivate you. Find ideas for Random Acts of Wildness, read our blogs about 30 Days Wild, watch our video and see what others are doing to help you get inspired.
Encourage friends and family to take the 30 Days Wild challenge with the resources resources we've made for social media. When you sign up, you’ll get a pack full of ideas, inspiration and information on local events and places you can explore. You’ll get emails throughout the month with links to things you can do near where you live, activities to inspire you and you can also join in with #30DaysWild.
Doing something wild every day is as easy as smelling a flower, spotting a butterfly or going for a walk. You can find lots more ideas with the Random Acts of Wildness app and by following us on Twitter and Facebook. Tell us what you're getting up do using @BBOWT and #30DaysWild. We'd love to see your blogs too!
Come to an event
Why not come to one of our events as part of your Random Acts of Wildness. There's plenty of wild fun to be found during the Oxford Festival of Nature too! Or visit one of our nature reserves, find somewhere local to explore or venture further afield and discover somewhere new.
Read our guest blog in which Sue Croxford looks back on the adventures she and her family had taking part in 30 Days Wild last year, and looks ahead to more wild fun this June.
