This week is National Nest Box Week (14-21 February) and the perfect time to be thinking about helping the birds in your garden. It’s easy to build a bird box at home, below are some hints and tips on design and the best location to install it.

Don’t forget to keep your feeders topped up and provide fresh water for the birds too. You can buy food for your garden birds from our Visitor Centres, the Nature Discovery Centre, Thatcham, and College Lake, near Tring. We sell food supplied by Vine House Farm who donate 5% of their takings to The Wildlife Trusts so you’ll be helping a great cause as well as feeding your birds!
