Competition rules for the Readers' Panel free prize draw September 2019
1. Entry to the competitions is restricted to one entry per BBOWT member.
2. Completed valid entries only will be accepted.
3. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Automated entries, bulk entries or third party entries will be disqualified.
5. BBOWT accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries. By entering, all entrants will be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
6. The competition is open to UK residents only and excludes employees of BBOWT or their families.
7. The prize can only be sent to members at a valid UK address.
8. The competition will run from 7th September 2019 until close of business 19th October 2019.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries on 21st October 2019.
10. The winner will be contacted via email & their name displayed on our website.
11. BBOWT’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize is a voucher for John Lewis to the value of £50.
13. No cash alternative will be offered. The prize is non-transferable.
14. The prize must be claimed from BBOWT by 19th November 2019.
15. The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winner is unable to be contacted after a reasonable period or if the prize is unclaimed by 19th November 2019 the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplemental winner may be drawn at BBOWT’s discretion.
16. BBOWT reserves the right to suspend, withdraw or amend this promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions in whole or in part at any time without prior notice or compensation and entrants will be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision not held to be invalid.
18. BBOWT is compliant with the data protection act. Our policy is such that we will not pass on any details to any third party without prior consent.
19. The promoter of this prize draw is Berks, Bucks and Oxon Wildlife Trust whose registered office is The Lodge, 1, Armstrong Road, Littlemore, Oxford OX4 4XT.
