Corporate team days will enhance staff morale, productivity and team-building skills, while helping to protect your local wildlife by providing practical conservation work.

Benefits of corporate team days

Corporate team days are a rewarding and fun experience with fantastic benefits for local wildlife. We run events throughout the year across our 80 nature reserves, providing:

  • exclusive events for groups of all sizes and abilities,
  • equipment and materials necessary for the task,
  • opportunities for guided walks, team building tasks and refreshments,
  • full training, health and safety provision and on-site briefing for the day’s task by our expert site mangers.

Staff can enjoy a novel and memorable day away from the office and try their hand at building a fence, digging a pond, planting a hedge or constructing a newt shelter!

We ask companies to make a donation of £50 per head to help cover the costs of tools, equipment, health & safety provision, management and supervision.

We have team day opportunities throughout the year. Please contact our fundraising team for available team day dates for 2017.

Thames Water employees volunteer at Hosehill Lake

Thank you to Thames Water who continue to support us as Silver Corporate Members, and with team days at Snelsmore Common and Hosehill Lake in the autumn and Warburg Nature Reserve in the winter, their volunteers have been doing some great work building paths and clearing scrub to help us to look after these valuable reserves.
