An evening tour of beautiful Brasenose Wood to hear about Shotover Wildlife’s experimental high-cut coppicing trials. Come and see the results of a hazel coppice technique – devised over 8 years – to tackle the problem of deer grazing and maximise the benefits to wildlife.

This tour will be led by the Chairman of Shotover Wildlife, Ivan Wright.

Meet in the car park of the Horspath Road Athletics Track, Oxford Rd, Horspath, Oxford OX4 2RR. The woodland is a 10-minute walk from the car park.
