Questions you may have about...

The mailing

During September & October, we will be mailing some people in our three counties, asking if they would like to become a member of the Trust. There is a possibility that you may receive one of these mailings. We are unable to exclude members from this mailing because it is unaddressed mail, which means that it is delivered by the postman to all homes within a chosen area. If you receive one of these, and are already a member, please do pass it on to a friend who might be interested in learning more about the work of the Trust. For more information please email our membership team.

How do you know where to deliver it?

We have chosen the areas we would like the postman to deliver these leaflets to based on the number of members we have already in that area - so if you receive one of these mailings, it’s likely that your neighbour is supporting us too!

What is the mailing about?

The mailing encourages you to become a member of BBOWT, as we can only follow up on our aim to protect local wildlife with your help. Members are the lifeline of BBOWT, and through your support we are able to manage nature reserves to safeguard species and habitats for now and future generations.

Why are you asking me to be a member; I am already?

We are unable to exclude members from the mailing because it is unaddressed mail, which means that it is delivered by the postman to all homes within a chosen area. If you receive one of these, and are already a member, please do pass it on to a friend who might be interested in learning more about the work of the Trust. For more information please email our membership team.
